Loading... Please wait...Pro-hormones are the victim to negativity upon the internet. The bad reviews regarding their side effects is an on going war. People make out like these things are common, but hear me out on this -
The reason why it's easy to find out about side effects is because often the only people who post online wanting help regarding their cycles, are people who are currently having side effects and want to know how to deal with them. You very rarely see threads on forums of people asking how to prepare in advance, always asking for immediate help. So clearly the problems are out there but the frequency of them should only be taken with a pinch of salt, we have never had a report of a bad side effect from any of our buyers and also with our staff all having some kind of first hand experience with pro-hormones we all know how little side effects occur.
Still though, we accept that side effects may happen and we're here to tell you how to deal with them.
Common Side Effects
Testosterone Inhibition - This is where the body stops producing it's own testosterone naturally. Will this happen on your pro-hormone cycle? maybe. Why does this happen and how hard is it to fix?
It happens because your body is trying to keep a good balance of hormones in its body, and whether you're injecting pure testosterone or taking a pro-hormone your body recognizes that this is just too much of one hormone. The most logical action for it to take is to simply stop producing testosterone to try and 'save itself'. This doesn't happen on every cycle, in fact your own natural testosterone production probably won't be entirely shut down unless you're running a harsh compound such as Superdrol, or a 19-nor pro-hormone.
Using a testosterone booster alongside your cycle such as BBS D-Aspartic Acid can prevent a total shut down. The best overall option is to just make sure you do a proper PCT to elevate your natural testosterone levels much faster and more effectively so you're back on your feet.
Liver Damage - Liver damage is one of the most worried subjects when it comes to oral steroids and anabolics. The fact is at the end of the day, for 99% of steroids is over hyped. Granted that some out there will effect Liver Values, we can't deny that Superdrol is a very toxic pro-hormone and that all it's clones will most likely carry the same trait, but we can say it's over-exagerrated.
The best ways to try and tackle this problem are just to look out for obvious signs, the main sympton of your Liver showing signs of doing it's job is in your urine. The darker your urine is a sign of it processing the AAS or Pro-hormone that you've ingested. Try and keep this on the lighter side though, taking Milk Thistle will help ensure your liver is well protected and keep this lighter, as well as upping your water intake to at least 3 litres per day.
Acne - This is one to look out for with stronger compounds such as Superdrol and M1T. Now we can't lie, there isn't a whole lot that can be done about this. People who are acne prone in regular life will probably be acne prone with pro-hormones. Best ways to get this down;
- Increase water intake.
- Wash daily with Witch hazel, witch hazel is one of the few natural products that helps with clearing acne and blackheads. Using a face wash which contains this will help keep your skin under control.
- Green Tea, taking a green tea supplement such as Natures Aid Green Tea will help plenty. This a great anti oxidant standardised to a 1000mg dried green tea leaf equivelent in each 30mg tablet.
- Vitamin C - Vitamin C in 1000-2000mg strengths has long been famed for helping sooth aggressive acne and help with flushing out toxins in the body.
Gynecomastia - Gynecomastia, more commonly known as Gyno or Bitch Tits isn't necessarily common but one of the more worrying subjects of steroids and pro-hormones. Firstly I'd like to re-enforce, we've never had anyone report to us any side effects from pro-hormones, however the articles on forums are out there so it's time to address it.
Using a SERM such as Nolvadex or Clomid in PCT is going to be the best immediate option. Alternatively if using an OTC PCT, using any product which contains ATD is going to be best. BPI Arimidex HD is currently our best selling PCT product, along with BBS Complete PCT. Any of these products used in PCT should stop estrogenic side effects in their tracks.
Blood Pressure - This is actually one to worry about if any when it comes to pro-hormones. Almost all pro-hormones will have a thinning nature on blood, this can result in headaches and other side effects that can be a result of irregular blood pressure. This is something most common with Superdrol users. In order to keep this under control we advise supplementing your pro-hormone cycle with CEL Cycle Assist.
