A cycle is divided up into two sections, your cycle and your PCT and can also be for 4-6 weeks dependant on the dosage of the compounds you choose.
For your Cycle;
Take the compound which is your Pro-Hormone, this can either be 1 capsules a day which would give you a 6 week cycle or 2 capsules a day which would give you a 4 week cycle.
During this time you will need to take your cycle support (the dose is generally dependant on the protection you require for the cycle) however for many on cycle it is worked out on a 1:1 ratio so for every Pro-Hormone capsule taken a cycle support capsule is also taken.
For Post Cycle Therapy (PCT);
PCT is also dependant on the cycle itself, the harsher the cycle the greater the PCT needs to be. This is usually exemplified in whether you need an extra test booster alongside your Post Cycle to aid in the restoration of hormones post cycle.
Common Instructions for PCT are a serving of PCT and/or Test Booster a day, preferable at night as that is when hormones are more active.
After any cycle is finished it is advised that you take a 4 week break from any hormone altering compounds to allow them to rest.

Just finished up week 3 moving on to week 4. Started at 180 pounds now at 192. I have not had any bad sides yet I sleep fine. My friend have wondered what I did to get the results so fast lol. I didn't know my body had so many veins running though it. I will be taking for 6 weeks can't wait to see the end product! Keep in mind I'm on test therapy so that probably helps with sides and the gains.

Have just completed 8 weeks (two packs) of this stack, great size , strength and definition gains. Strength increase from the beginning of week two, size progressively increased from the end of week two right through to week 8. Had loads of positive comments from those who do train and those who don't. No back pumps or bloating, no estro issues at all which can be a problem for me. I did have some dry burn pain at the end of very heavy sets. Up your fluid intake as I found I needed to so as to keep things flushed out. All in all I highly recommend this stack at any time but especially at the beginning of and through summer.
